In 2020, HOMEBANK opened a new location in Mexico, MO. Prior to branch opening we created a marketing campaign around the idea of meeting the employees that would be staffing the location in effort to get word out, gain excitement about the new location and help potential customers feel at ease in coming in when the branch was open. I created billboards (one above) that were placed on the highways that lead into Mexico featuring these employees. I also created digital ads (directly below) at a variety of sizes. These ads would use a mobile app and geo-location to target potential customers. When someone would travel within a certain number of miles from Mexico, they could be targeted to see one of these ads. If this person clicked on the ad, they were directed to our web page (mockup below) where they could learn about the Mexico staff. On this page was a brief history of each employee's time with HOMEBANK and a few words they wanted to share about HOMEBANK. From there, potential customers could view the account options offered by the bank, apply for a loan, or navigate around the site to learn more.
Along with staff dedication in speaking with potential customers, these efforts proved successful. Many people came in to other locations prior to Mexico branch opening to open accounts and apply for loans.
